We are open to anyone who wishes to join the Free Company! Anyone of any level is welcome to join! If you only craft, only like doing dungeons, returning veteran looking for Raiding, anyone is welcome. However, if you are looking to raid there are a few things that need to be known and the requirements are below.
All spots for raiding are competitive. If for some reason someone out preforms or is holding up progression there is a chance to be benched.

Advent Children's History:
The FC Leader (myself) has experience with leading HC Heroic progression in WoW. The other 3 officers have experience in Heroic progession in WoW as well. For FFXIV I've lead the FC and a small LS through all extreme primals and FCOB, which ended up every boss being on farm

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 10pm EST to 12:30am EST
Requirements for Applicant who wish to raid (no requirements if you just want to join the guild to have fun):
English is the preferred language for RaidCall.
Big egos, toxic attitudes should not apply.
You are expected to be knowledgeable in the rotations, cool down management, positioning, and optimization of your main class.
Has motivation to play FFXIV outside of raids!
Reliability! If you can't make a raid, we expect you to notify us ahead of time on our forum.
Can take constructive criticism if given.
Applicant must play on PC.
Has mic for communication via RaidCall.
